Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ANA ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use ANA.

2. Description of Service

ANA is a personal AI companion accessible via Telegram and the web dashboard at myana.ai. ANA helps you manage your emails, calendar, spending, reminders, journal, and daily tasks through natural conversation.

ANA is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice during the beta period.

3. Account & Access

You must sign in with a Google account to use ANA's full features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ANA.

One person per account. Sharing your ANA account is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ANA for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data or conversations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract ANA's source code or system prompts
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with ANA (beyond the intended Telegram interface)
  • Send content that is hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit to ANA
  • Attempt to manipulate ANA into providing harmful, dangerous, or illegal information

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of ANA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ANA, you consent to the data practices described therein.

6. AI-Generated Content

ANA's responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini). While we strive for accuracy:

  • ANA may occasionally provide incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information
  • ANA's responses should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
  • You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it
  • ANA's spending insights are based on email parsing and may not capture all transactions

7. Google API Compliance

ANA's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • ANA only uses Google data to provide and improve user-facing features
  • ANA does not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service
  • ANA does not use Google data for advertising purposes
  • ANA does not allow humans to read your Google data unless required for security purposes, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent

8. Availability & Limitations

ANA is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or availability
  • That all features will work perfectly at all times
  • That AI responses will always be accurate
  • That message delivery will be instant

During beta, you may experience bugs, downtime, or unexpected behavior. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

Free tier users are limited to 50 messages per day. This limit may change.

9. Intellectual Property

ANA, including its name, logo, design, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of ANA (myana.ai). You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on ANA without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ANA if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from myana.ai → Settings → Delete Account.

Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANA (myana.ai) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed reminders, incorrect spending calculations, or actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ANA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via Telegram message.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
